The Board of Directors have made the following strategic considerations;

  • Allocation of the predominating part of the marketing budget to innovative and disruptive digital and social media marketing and further develop the Company’s knowledge, expertise and innovation in digital marketing techniques,
  • Develop a broader offering of personal health solutions by extending its technologies to other common but underserved ailments producing a portfolio of products in development which will complement and augment lipivir®’s market presence,
  • Strengthen the Company’s organisation in line with the expansion plan – among other tasks – engage additional resources for the identification and incorporation of international distribution partners, and
  • Maintain a steady flow of, transparent and qualitative information about the Company’s financial and business developments to shareholders and stakeholders.
